El director Sr. Roony Vizcaino nació en la República Dominicana. El Sr. Viz llegó a los Estados Unidos a una edad temprana. Como producto del sistema de escuelas públicas de la ciudad de Nueva York, decidió continuar su educación en City College en West Harlem, ciudad de Nueva York. Asistió a programas de liderazgo en la Universidad de Columbia y Mercy College. El Sr. Viz se desempeñó como maestro de biología y matemáticas, además de desempeñar sus funciones como Decano en el sistema de escuelas públicas durante 12 años. Continuó alcanzando sus metas al convertirse en subdirector y luego en director de Urban Assembly School for Global Commerce. Sus experiencias educativas le han brindado la oportunidad de colaborar con un grupo diverso de personas para alcanzar el objetivo común de aumentar el rendimiento y el bienestar de los estudiantes.

Principal Mr. Roony Vizcaino was born in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Viz came to the United States at a young age. As a product of the New York City Public School system, he decided to continue his education at City College in West Harlem, New York City. He attended Leadership Programs at Columbia University and Mercy College. Mr. Viz served as a biology and math teacher as well as performing his duties as Dean in the public school system for 12 years. He continued to reach his goals by becoming an assistant principal and later on a Principal at the Urban Assembly School for Global Commerce. His educational experiences have afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being.
